1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using codrsync ("the Service"), operated by Epic Holding Ltda, a company registered in Brazil ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

codrsync is a developer productivity platform that provides AI-powered code assistance, cloud workspaces, and project management features through a web interface and command-line interface (CLI).
4. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
Free Plan: Limited features with usage caps (100MB storage, 50 AI calls/month).
Paid Plans: Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans with increased limits and features. Billing is monthly or annual, charged in advance.
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards (via Stripe) and PIX recurring payments (via ASAAS) for users in Brazil. Each payment method is processed by its respective provider under their own terms of service.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After this period, payments are non-refundable. PIX payments may take up to 5 business days to be refunded.
Currency: Prices are displayed in USD or BRL depending on your location. Brazilian users are billed in BRL. All other users are billed in USD.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights
- Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means
7. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.
Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by Epic Holding Ltda and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and content. AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" without warranty. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before use in production environments.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei 13.709/2018).

10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epic Holding Ltda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC — Lei 8.078/1990) and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei 13.709/2018). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Curitiba, Parana, Brazil.
